Rovers for the next two weeks

is supposed to be a mini-olympics night, but I'm not going to be there to organise it and it seems like there's going to be a lack of people there. (3 or 4 at my last count)
So I leave the decision of what's going on to those who will be there, and send texts out to you to let you know.

The following week is a business meeting, but with the crew leader, assistant crew leader, activities coordinator, den warden and Ali all apologies, I'm wondering the worth of the meeting. Leave your opinions here as to what you think. If it goes ahead, reports from those absent will need to be submitted beforehand.

Finally, Showtime rover night, which is this Friday. The show is at the Alexander theatre, Monash Uni Clayton campus, the afterparty is at the Mountain View hotel, Corner Springvale and High St Roads, Glen Waverley. Due to the lack of money received compared to tickets wanted, I've had to get a crew cheque written to cover it. Those who have paid are fine, those who haven't will need to pay Noddy for their ticket. For those interested, we have nearly a full crew turn out for the night, so thank you all for supporting the show.

Group AGM and winter games

This Monday (the 18th) is our group's AGM, and we've been asked to come along to join in the frivolity and help serve supper. I believe the start time is 7.30, I'll confirm it today and post it back here tonight.

Also Kurll's Own want to play us this week, as they have their AGMs next week. If anyone has any issues with it, let me know by Sunday so I can confirm with them.

August Business Meeting

Is this Wednesday, so full uniform and reports at the ready.

Also, tonight is the SMRRC AGM, so if you're free, head on down. It's normally the quickest meeting of the year, and from my recollection, they have food.

Finally, next week we'll be playing winter games against Everest Le Page at our hall starting from 8.
