Family Camp

The Group Family Camp is on this weekend. For those who haven't been before, its basically just a relaxed weekend away with the families in the Group. Everyone's free to do pretty much what they like over the weekend.
There's a few things we need to sort out for ourselves:

1. Who's going?
2. When do we want to go up (Fri night or Sat morning)?
3. A menu
4. What extra gear do we want to take?

I am planning to use this as one of my Scoutcraft camps, so I'm happy to organise most of it.
Saturday night dinner is catered with the group, but we'll be looking after ourselves for the rest of the weekend. I'm planning to have a pretty standard menu, but if there's anything in particular anyone wants let me know.
I'm also planning on taking the tunnel tent to use as a dining fly, but this will also depend on how many people are coming.
Could everyone please confirm if they are coming on Wednesday night to Ali (I'll be at BRC), or before then to me by SMS. I'll then put the menu and stuff together.
Post in the comments whether you prefer to leave Friday night or Saturday morning (it's a bit over a 2 hour drive to the camp), and any other thoughts you have.
